Supervision, Staff Training and Attendance

The supply of cleaning services is labour intensive, making personnel and staff costs responsible for 75% of our total costs. Finding the right personnel is paramount.

Upon the commencement of each new contract your site will be appointed to one of our area supervisors. This supervisorwill be responsible for a day to day basis of not only ensuring compliance with customer requirements but also to ensure that staff needs are monitored and where possible controlled.

Our personnel manager interviews all potential employees, once recruited they are required to complete our induction and on site training program, which is designed to meet each customers individual requirements.

As an added quality control, safeguard against absenteeism and to ensure customers recieve value for money we operate a telephone staff monitoring system where upon arrival on site all operatives are required to make a short telephone call. This logs their arrival and following completion of their duties they make a similar call to check out.

This system is completely computerized and if an operative fails to attend their designated site, this system will automatically contact our management team allowing them to take necessary action to ensure cover is supplied.

Should any of our employees be absent our experience back up team will ensure that the work is adequately covered.
