The supply of cleaning services is labour
intensive, making personnel and staff costs responsible
for 75% of our total costs. Finding the right personnel
is paramount, for us and especially for you!
At the start of a new contract, your site will be appointed
to one of our area supervisors. They will be responsible
on a day-to-day basis for not only ensuring compliance
with all the customer requirements but also to ensure
staff needs are monitored and met. All new
staff are required to complete a comprehensive induction
programme and on-site training plan. In addition for
quality and attendance control we operate a fully computerised
telephone staff monitoring system. All staff attending
a customer site are required to make a short telephone
call to register their arrival. Following completion
of their duties they make a similar call to log their
departure. This means we know when there has
been a failure to attend. This will then be notified
directly to our management team, who can then react
to ensure the right actions are taken to provide the
necessary cover |
